I believe that the answers to our most poignant questions lie within us, and that we are power simply by being. How we tap into our truth and unleash our power in a way that is in alignment with our highest vision is the exploration into which we delve. Our life is the playground in which we find opportunities to celebrate, adjust and grow.

Through the practice of yoga and/ or personal power coaching, I hold space for you to explore who you are, to hold vision to your highest potential, and to hold you accountable to grow into your most radiant Self.

Testimonials

I have taken weekly yoga classes with Savitree for the past 2 years. When I found out that she offered one on one personal coaching sessions I jumped at the chance to have her all to myself! What I have received from 2 months of weekly private sessions is much more than I could have imagined. I hoped to find a way to move out of the clutter and spinning my wheels that frustrated me in my business life as the director of a non profit creative arts organization in Florida during the school year. Through my work with her I have found a way to begin to translate and integrate the calm focus of yoga into my biz life. She has the ability to put me in touch with the real truth of what was holding me back and gave me real concrete tools to move forward and reach the goals that have seemed elusive to me. I have always had a good sense of myself but Savitree helped zero in on those aspects that were limiting my possibilities and wasting my time. Her insights and skill in helping me to articulate exactly where and how I needed to make the changes for a more successful and productive business and personal life have been invaluable. --Susan Caruso, Director, Sunflower Creative Arts, Boca Raton, Florida, Monday, August 3, 2009

I feel relieved, inspired, energized, and heard. I really feel lighter and more joyful. I now have focus and accountability. By sharing my feelings around your pointed questions, it helped me move through to the present, the best place to be. My self-esteem is now on higher ground. Thank you, Savitree for your expertise, wise nature, intentional questioning and conscious listening. --Katie Klatt-Bowen, Storybook Yoga, October 28, 2008

When I think of Savitree, I think of warmth, and kindness itself. When I first met her I had been doing Kundalini yoga for several years, but it was not until I experienced the power of her classes that I really began to understand the transformational effect that this type of yoga can have. She has a great knowledge of Kundalini yoga and uses this in combination with her gift of perception to make sure everyone's needs are met. Her classes are energetic yet peaceful, often incorporating music in a very imaginative way. Seeking guidance from her I was always amazed at her capacity for being able to deliver exactly what you needed to hear, exactly when you needed to hear it,and in a totally non-judgemental manner. --J.T. I was the one with no clear direction at the beginning, just some vague ideas about what I wanted to do. I knew that I wanted to do something creative and that I wanted to help others. That was about it. Working with Savitree, helped me to define and zero in on my goals. Through the weekly teachings, exercises, and one-on-one coaching, she helped me to build confidence in myself and trust my inner voice. I feel much more confident today in my path as an artist, healer and educator and I’m creating opportunities for myself everyday. I’m defining my life rather than waiting for my life to define me and I can’t wait to see what happens next! I’ve grown both professionally and personally over the past six months. Savitree is very supportive and nurturing but can also be demanding (in fact she’s downright bossy at times ☺ but I still love her.) She holds you accountable for creating your life. No excuses. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone who needs a little nudge to help get them going (and who doesn’t?) to embark on this work with Savitree. --Diane Rakocy, May 19, 2009

Allies CAN meetings and Savitree's coaching have been a marvel in my life. I feel like my life has been on an accelerated path with all the support and encouragement from this group. For me, it has touched on personal and career goals and has left me with incredible inspiration. The personal coaching has helped me unearth some personal blocks and taught me to work through them in order to keep moving gracefully towards my goals.
Savitree's one on one meetings have been in-depth and energizing as well. She really gets right into the core of things. One example has been with my business....Savitree has guided me to become aware of my thought processes that can be destructive and helped me let go and work with those thoughts so I can continue building a successful business.
I would suggest this class for anyone who would like to receive encouragement and inspiration. With the help of a mentor, life can be more full and rich. Being in the group setting helped me to open up and realize that we can all help one another to excel in life.

Dear Savitree,
I really miss seeing you. You are such an inspiration on so MANY levels. Your commitment to your spiritual well being is what I want in my life. It seems that all of your hard work and consistent action pays off in an abundance of loving energy which you give so much of. THAT is what i want in my life! I'm pretty tired, so I'm not sure if my sentences are very coherent right now but I just wanted to take a moment of gratitude to appreciate you. Thanks again for being such an amazing teacher, role model and mentor. I hope to see you soon. Sat Nam!

Dear Savitree Kaur,
I really enjoyed class today. You have a gift for teaching. I was talking to a friend of mine, Lisa, who attended a class at another location and she told me about Sadhana, tomorrow in the morning. I am going to try to make it.
Thank you again for a beautiful start to my day.
--Love, Theresa

Hi Savitree!
…It's been wonderful being introduced to kundalini yoga..I had heard so much about it, and it seems to address my needs…
My goals are to engage in healing and condition myself, as well as develop intuition and enlightenment as a result of doing the exercises and becoming aware of my body and how it works thru self-awareness. Understanding and mastering breathwork seems to be the topic spirit has given me this year, although I'm not yet clear what exactly that means.
…You do a really nice job in the class and the students really respond to your genuineness…
Be well and excel as a yoga instructor and as a person. The students really respond to you......
--Namaste..Edmond, 1/17/2008

…what i'm getting at is that i'm gonna follow you where you teach! --lisa, 12/4/2006

subject: a new year, a new name…
Dear Savitri:
Today's Unity service was about naming our year, and naming the person that we want to be and become.
It is known as 'White Stone' Sunday and each person at this service labelled his/her new name, privately, on one stone. Perhaps you have done this previously, but I thought that this process mirrored your own transformation this past year, of reinventing yourself as you emerged with new skills, a new direction, and yes, a new name-Savitri. And, how wonderful it has been for me to witness this change (which I have not mentioned before), but what I have not written to you is how I have also observed what a skilled a teacher and mentor you have become..you have found your center, my dear, your niche, your personna in this world and your role--
and I am more than pleased to
be part of it, if even to come to your class each week.
with respect and appreciation, --Sharon, 1/7/2007
